Home workouts

You may choose to have bodyweight exercises requiring no equiptment, or exercises with the equiptment  stated below.

Equipment Needed

  • 2 Dumbbells             (5–15kg each)

  • 1 Kettlebell              (10–20kg)

  • Skipping rope

  • mat

  • Chair / bench / box

 

 ** A dumbbell may be   used in the absence of   a kettlebell. 

Equitment Needed

  • barbell

  • squat rack

  • pull-up station/rig

  • dumbbells

  • strength machines

  • cardio machines

Gym workouts

4 Workouts Per Week

Home workouts:

Gym workouts:

⌚️45–60 minutes each

All accessible on the APP
